Asphalt Roofing

Kettell applies six nails or “storm nails” every asphalt shingle to give you the upgraded wind warranties of the manufacturer.

Cedar Roofing

Made from a renewable resource, red and Alaskan yellow cedar shingles are impact resistant, wind resistant, and naturally insect repellent. TPO- Genflex TPO Membrane is used for low slope application and comes in a 12-foot wide sheet that offers fewer seems to weld and fewer panels to install. Genflex TPO Membrane, a high quality thermoplastic polyolefin, offers that “best of both worlds…” the proven flexibility and weathering resistance of rubber and the performance of hot air welded thermoplastic seams. Heat-welded thermoplastic roofing membranes are the fastest growing segment of the low-slope market and Genflex TPO is an excellent system choice.

EPDM

EPDM is ideal for either new roofs or for laying over a variety of common roof deck types along with insulation materials.

This high performance membrane is resistant to tears, impacts, punctures and normal roof traffic. Normal structural movement has limited effect on its integrity. This membrane provides excellent resistance to Ozone and ultraviolet light exposure.
